Shoes - Clarks
Skirt - New Look
T-shirt - Asos
Cardigan - Dorothy Perkins
Coat - Topshop
This unreliable weather has been quite irritating clothes wise. Is it too chilly to go without a coat? Could I just wear a coat and no cardi? I opted for cardigan AND coat, but then it was too humid and I felt too hot. Going for just a coat would probably have been best. I hate this weather though, raining one minute, then glorious the next. What more can I expect from the great British summertime though?

I hate unpredictable weather too! Even though you got too hot, you still looked lovely!
ReplyDeleteits so frustrating isnt it? I always end up wearing my ugly fleece at work :/
ReplyDeleteI love the yellow top - I need to go shopping asap, I never get anything from asos though, I'm going to have to look now
your outfit is wonderful, i love how your bright jumper contrasts against the black and white patterns. gosh, i hate this weather, too. i just wore a dress and a coat today. trust me to be too hot with the coat on and then too cold without it!

The weather is annoying me also =/ I love how you've injected a bit of colour into the outfit with the yellow top though :)
ReplyDeleteI forgot to take a jacket out earlier and was a little chilly at times, but then have been really hot at other times as well. I love the stripey skirt. Also I'm so jealous that you have that Topshop coat- I really want it, it's so lovely!
ReplyDeletecute polkadot cardigan :p
ReplyDeleteoh the weather her as been really unpredictable too, but not in a way that I need cardigans or coats.
ReplyDeleteI truly love your outfit, the mix between polkadots, stripes and that yellow shade is amazing!
our weather is like that too! I love this darling outfit! Great skirt!!
ReplyDeleteLooks like that weather is so unpredictable!!! well here in Madrid the lovely weather has turned to horrible rain! lame

Loving the yellow with the black and white skirt, you always look so fabulous!
ReplyDeleteI am having very much the same issue! I want to wear a cardigan at work inside normally, but it's too cold with just a cardigan outside, but too hot in a jacket and a cardigan... oh the dilemmas!
ReplyDeletecuuuute skirt!
ReplyDeleteand I love your gorgeous little cardigan :)
such a nice outfit!

I'm from Ireland but we have the same problem! I love the colour palette you have going on here, mustard is one of my favourite colours and I love your monochrome skirt.
ReplyDeleteI have to say, when I followed your posts on off_ths, it was you that prompted me to go into Clarks to look at shoes and I own a pair of very comfy t-bars and threw out my rubbish Miss Selfridge ones. Quality over quantity :)
Clarks is too expensive for me, even on sale. But I tried a pair on anyway, so comfy that I wanted to cry after I left it behind.

Loving the yellow top.
ReplyDeletelove mustard!
ReplyDeleteIt's a bummer when you don't know how to prepare for the weather.
ReplyDeleteVery cute skirt! I think there are occassionally Manc based blogger events. I know that Aussie had one there earlier in the year!
ReplyDeleteOMG i can`t belive you are wearing a coat! :)) I`m from Romania and today we had like 37 degrees C. That`s kinda bad fashion wise u have to dress for the extremly torid weather. I wish i could still wear cardigans :)))
ReplyDeleteI know exactly what you mean. Springs and falls in North Dakota can be quite unpredictable. Best to bring half of your wardrobe.
ReplyDeleteI love the bright t-shirt with the black and white, it looks great.
ReplyDeleteI hate British weather - if I leave the house without a coat then it always rains but if I do take a coat its beautifully sunny and I just have to carry it around all day! So frustrating.
love the yellow! great color for you!
ReplyDeleteI'm so fed up of the weather too, super hot one minute then pouring rain the next, very annoying!
ReplyDeleteLove the yellow colour of your top, and the combination of stripes and spots, gorgeous!
oh you look absolutly amazing! that coat is so cute! the mix of spots and stripes really work too!
ReplyDeletethe weathers just annoying isnt it! today it started off really muggy and a little bit drizzly and then this evening its lovely and sunny! I never know what to wear anymore!
Very cute, I love the cardigan!

ReplyDeleteSame thing here in Spain: sun, rain, heat, cold... I never know what to wear these days! You look awesome though, loving the yellow and black combination :)
ReplyDeleteYou always look so lovely. You remind me of how ladies used to be in the 40's/50's (that's a compliment) xo

You look very cute despite the annoying weather though! I adore your skirt especially. I'd be more than willing to trade weathers with you. It is far, far too hot here and I'd love to have some gray skies and rain.
ReplyDeleteThe second outfit is my favorite!
