So, I thought I ought to bake with them to bring out their sweetness. I decided to make white chocolate and raspberry blondies and they were so so delicious. The crust of the blondie was really crunchy and chewy, with the inside being super moist and gooey. What a perfect combination!

Yum they look so good!! :) Loved picking raspberries from the bush at my families house, so good to nibble fresh or save for later in the freezer :)

Oh yum, I've never tried baking anything with white choc in it. And I'm not going to either until I'm back from hol lol.. there are 2 many lovely recipes about that I want to try!!!!

Love raspberries, when I was a kid my grandparents forced me to pick raspberries at their vegetable and fruit garden, I used to hate it because I was scared of bugs and spiders in the bushes... lol.

ReplyDeleteOh they look lovely! I think baking/making food out of food you've handpicked is the best thing EVER. It's been a while but when I was younger, I used to go strawberry picking and my dad would make the BEST milkshakes with the fruits!

ReplyDeletemy boyfriend spends his life on bbc good food! (he's a chef though, so i guess that's his thing) i love to pick berries! especially wild blackberries, the grow right behing my house, and we need to be especially careful not to touch the thorns!
